Any of these plans are Israeli designed plans...so as far as the Arabs are concerned, non starters.
With whom will Israel negotiate the status of the Arabs? I see "State of Palestine" is seated at the UN. Empty for Netanyahu's address. Palestine in confederation with Jordan....? A possible way for authentic self rule...demilitarized.....and with its own flag, UN seat, Olympic team. Israeli lordship over these people....I don't see that as possible...no matter how free the Arabs are compared to the rest of the Arab world. To paraphrase they'd rather be oppressed and terrorized for another hundred years by their own people until they can achieve some kind of democratic rule.
